Research and Reference Help
We are happy to assist you with your reference and research questions:

In-person and telephone research and reference assistance is available:
- 10 am until 8pm, Monday to Thursday, from January 2nd, 2012 - April 8th, 2012
- 10am until 5pm, Fridays and Saturdays, from Janiuary 2nd, 2012 - April 8th, 2012
By email, we can provide brief answers to quick factual questions, suggest search strategies, and provide direction to other resources.
If your questions involve in-depth research, we will direct you to the appropriate library personnel for assistance, as these types of questions are not easily answered by email.
We will attempt to answer your question within 24 hours. Email received on weekends or holidays will take a little longer to be answered.
