We are happy to assist you with your reference and research questions:

Current hours for in-person and telephone reference are:
- Monday to Thursday 10 am - 8pm
- Friday and Saturday 10am - 5pm
June 4 - July 1, 2012
- Monday to Friday 10 am - 5pm
July 3 - July 27, 2012
- Monday to Thursday 10am until 6pm
- Friday and Saturday 10am until 5pm
By email, we can provide brief answers to quick factual questions, suggest search strategies, and provide direction to other resources. We will attempt to answer your question within 24 hours. Email received on weekends or holidays will take a little longer to be answered.
If your questions involve in-depth research, we will direct you to the appropriate library personnel for assistance, as these types of questions are not easily answered by email. Or you can try chatting with a reference librarian by selecting "Ask" at: http://onesearch.library.utoronto.ca/contact-us
